By accessing or using Portaexa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service during the beta period and beyond.

2. Description of Service

Portaexa is a personal trading journal and portfolio tracking tool. It allows users to log trades, track positions, analyze performance, and generate reports. The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly during this period.

Portaexa is operated by Taylor Ware, an individual based in Texas, United States.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on Portaexa constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, data, and tools are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. The Service does not recommend or endorse any security, strategy, or transaction.

5. No Broker Relationship

Portaexa is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, exchange, or any other type of regulated financial entity. We do not execute trades, hold assets, or manage money on your behalf. Use of this Service does not create any broker-client, advisor-client, or fiduciary relationship.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service relies on data you manually enter or import. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Portfolio values, P&L calculations, and performance metrics are derived from user-entered data and may not reflect actual account balances. Always verify against your broker statements.

8. Third-Party Data Disclaimer

The Service may integrate with or import data from third-party brokers and platforms such as Robinhood and Tastytrade. We are not affiliated with these providers. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for errors originating from third-party sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portaexa and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or reliance on information displayed in the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
