1. What Data We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
• Trade data — trades, positions, and portfolio information you manually enter or import
• Investor data — investor names and capital amounts you enter into the Service
• Usage data — basic logs of Service usage for debugging and improvement purposes

We do not collect your brokerage credentials. Import features work by processing files you upload — no direct broker access is established.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service:

• To display your portfolio, trades, and analytics
• To generate reports and performance summaries
• To authenticate and secure your account
• To diagnose bugs and improve reliability during the beta

We do not sell your data. We do not use your trade data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Providers

We use the following third-party infrastructure to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication. Your data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure. Supabase's privacy policy applies.
• Vercel — application hosting. Request logs may be retained by Vercel per their policy.

We do not integrate with advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and trade records from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may persist temporarily in backups. During the beta period, we may retain anonymized, aggregated usage data for product improvement purposes.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your trade data

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication via Supabase. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
